Netflix has unveiled a teaser for its upcoming spin-off series, The Creel Chronicles, which expands the universe of the popular show Stranger Things. This new series focuses on the backstory of Victor Creel, a character with a dark history linked to the Upside Down.

Set in the 1950s, The Creel Chronicles aims to deepen the lore established in Stranger Things by introducing new characters and exploring the psychological and supernatural elements that contributed to Victor Creel’s descent into madness. The storyline promises to intertwine his tragic past with the origins and mysteries of the Upside Down, maintaining the eerie tone that has captivated fans of the original series.

The Creel Chronicles is scheduled to premiere in October 2024, coinciding with the Halloween season, which fits well with its horror themes.
